Process for MSME/Udyam Registration in Gujarat

Follow these steps to register under MSME/Udyam:

Step 1: Visit the Official Portal

Go to the Udyam Registration website: udyamregistration.gov.in

Step 2: Select the Relevant Category

  • For new entrepreneurs: Click on “New Entrepreneurs who are not Registered yet as MSME”.

  • For existing MSME holders: Click on “For those already having registration as UAM”.

Step 3: Aadhaar Validation

  • Enter Aadhaar Number and Name (as per Aadhaar Card).

  • Validate via OTP sent to the registered mobile number.

Step 4: Fill in Business Details

  • Provide business details, including PAN, GSTIN (if applicable), and bank details.

  • Submit after entering CAPTCHA verification.

Step 5: For UAM Holders (Migration Process)

  • Enter the UAM number and validate via OTP.

  • Post-validation, the registration process is completed.
