Validity of RERA Registration

RERA registration remains valid for the duration mentioned by the promoter in the affidavit. However, in cases of delays due to unavoidable circumstances like natural calamities (floods, earthquakes, cyclones, etc.), an extension may be granted. The maximum extension for reasons beyond force majeure is one year.
